Thank you for your reply. That's actually the approach I am taking anyway. I did a 21 day water fast, and I plan to start a 40 day Master-Cleanse in a couple of weeks. I have been thinking about a liver flush, since I have moderate allergies, but I'm not sure I want to do a parasite cleanse, and I also have a weird "bad feeling" about a Liver Flush at this point.
