Congratulations on embracing a cleaner diet. The first colonic is always nasty. It is flushing years of accumulated fecal matter from your colon.
I perceive that the lightheadedness, and the emesis that followed your colonic was a result of your body eliminating those nasty toxins.

Try not to let this undesirable experience discourage you from another colonic, if
you so desire. Your body has to get accustomed to being purged.

If you are concerned about eliminating parasites from your intestinal tract, there are various parasite cleaners which are available at a health store.
