Just so you know, real Wasabi will kill any parasite in the fish. Make sure it is real 100% Wasabi and not just green mustard.Stay away from cheap sushi houses that use farmed fish. Also some sushi places start with frozen fish , freezing kills most parasites but I guess then the fish would not exactly be raw anymore or is it?
