As Happydog mentioned, Andreas Moritz , who runs the Ask Andreas Forum here, might be of great help to you.

It seems you have some health issues at it stands, high BP, diabetes, overweight, etc. Have you learned about chronic toxicity congestion? Probably have since you mention you zap and are doing a parasite cleanse. Have you considered colon, kidney and liver flushing?

What I've learned from Andreas, however, is that if we are chronically congested, and any severe or chronic illness indicates we are, this signifies our main organs of elimination are clogged: colon, small intestines, kidneys, liver.

The colon is where we absorb nutrients. If our colon is heavily compacted with layers of old waste, (which is also inhibited because of low liver functioning) it cannot absorb beneficial and necessary nutrients from our food, no matter how much good food you feed your body. Our cells don't get the nutrients.

Also, he discusses the high blood pressure issue on his forum. Just do a search for 'Ask Andreas high blood pressure'.

Oh, also, he believes that when one does parasite cleansing without having the other organs cleansed, especially the colon, you are releasing dead parasites into an already overtaxed system and your body simply cannot get rid of the waste fast enough: you end up re-toxifying yourself. I have read various accounts that attest to this.
