very good post!

so to get it clear... one has to eat an alkaline rich diet? top up good bacteria with yoghurts etc? cleanse the bowel with Oxypowder and P&B etc? and finally liver flush? so far to cure Acne i have....done 1 week on Oxypowder ...done a 16 day parasite cleanse. i am planning the rest as follows

1. another Oxypowder cleanse (just to further clean out the bowels)
2. at same time or after replenish good bacteria with yoghurt (anything else like acidophilius pills from health stoors?)
3. do a P&B course
4.replenish good bacteria again
5.start flushing! plus SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (All whilst keeping a relatively healthy diet)

am i missing anything important out that u think i may benefit from?
