How much MSM do you take daily? I have been taking MSM for about 3 or 4 months now. I read a book on how to holistically cure your Acne and it suggested the MSM along with a bunch of other vitamins and supplements. I am preparing to go on a 2 month detox regimine outlined in the book in July. The book said to take 5,000mg to 10,000mg of MSM for the first week and then go down to 1000mg after that. I took 5,000mg for 7 days and then went down to 1000mg. I have noticed since starting to take the vitamins and supplements that my Acne has improved (I also just finished a Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse which helped alot) but I have also noticed that my Acne isn't as inflammed and doesn't hurt as much anymore. I have been thinking to up my dosage of the MSM and reading this encourages me to do so. I was just wondering what dosage you took in order to see results.
