i beleive its necessary, i dont know where you got your info from but it shouldnt take a year.
i think you should clean your colon first a product like Oxypowder probably being the fastest and then you should do the parasite and kidney cleanse, Barefoot says you should do these for 5 days and then your ready to flush. Probably the quickest way.
