I don't know about you guys, but I break out on my temples and forehead whenever I am low on good bacteria. I did a couple rounds of parasite cleansing - which killed everything - and my face went crazy. I then got a Great Smokies lab test done that confirmed that I had little to no bifidus bacteria, and immediately starting supplementing with two good probiotics. About a month later my forehead is super clear, along with my temples and most of my jaw line. Whenever I stay up late or around a lot of cigarette smoke, I tend to break out in those areas. I just take the probiotics afterwards, and within a couple of days, my skin is back to normal. Acne on a certain part of the face might be related to which side you sleep on. I try sleeping on my back now.
