Herbal colon cleanses, but mainly juice fasting (30 days one year, sixty days last summer, sixty this year as a series of ten dayers with ten days cleansing diet between). I have done MANY professional colonics... nothing does the work like professional colonics and juice fasting (I have done both The Master Cleanse and fruit/veg juices--great forums on both types of fasting here at curezone).

And of course the liver flush, parasite cleanses and kidney cleanses... it's been quite a journey! I feel and look like a different person!
