I have had rosacea for at least 9 years. It started out as just a flushing of my cheeks and gradually worsened over time. At it's worse I was constantly blotchy red with little bumps that would come up overnight, on my nose and cheeks.
For the past 2 years I have been working on cleaning up my body. I have done fast, liver cleanses, gone almost all vegetarian to almost all raw foods. All of this has helped but I still had not cured the rosacea completely. I did more research and found that rosacea could be caused by a tiny mite that lives in the oil glands of the face. I did the parasite cleanse that MH sells, which is the best in my opinon. See his forum, "Ask the barefoot herblist", here on curezone. Still I had some problems. The last thing I have tried has made me feel great about my face. No more bumps and no more red blotchy face!! What I have been using is an ontiment called Black drawing ontiment. It's a formula that an herbal doctor(Dr. Christhoper) came up with many years ago to help skin problems. I purchased it form the herbsfirst.com website. See link below. I use it before I go to bed at night. It smells like hell and is messy so cover your pillow with something you don't mind getting it on. But it's worth it, my face looks better than it had in a long time. I don't have any connection with the website other than using their herbal formulas, which I've used a few and had great results with. You can heal yourself, don't give up!!!!
