I did the Bowel Cleanse first with Oxypowder , then the parasite cleanse with Dr Clarks tincture. I then did a series of Liver Flushes (with each new moon, its supposed to be more productive!) using Dr Clarks method on this site. Check out the Liver Flush Support Forum and the Liver Flush results forum as I used the Epsom Salt method with olive oil and grapefruit. Others have tried using mag citrate instead. One flush is not enough (I thought it was but now see that it was not a realistic expectation).

You need to do an enema or two after each flush. I did the first flush (fab) but after the second I got a mini break out. Curezoners pointed out that an enema rids the bowel of any leftover chaff/stones otherwise they can 're infect'. Since using the enema after the last 2 flushes I have not had any back lashes.

I will continue flushing till I am free of stones and chaff - aside from the Acne disappearing I love that I am cleaning my body/liver. Seeing the stones and chaff is so reaffirming.
