I have had Acne for 15 years. It started in my 20s. It got worse after my second child. Years of Antibiotics , RetinA never helped. Neither did diets. Three weeks ago I made these two changes:
(1) Stopped using soap. I went to the dermatologist (my 8th or 9th doctor) to try again to get some relief. They, of course, wanted to put me on Antibiotics . I refused. Then they gave me some Tazorec and never told me of the dangers. I went home and read about the potential for birth defects online, so in the trash it went. The one thing they gave me that I used was a soap-free cleanser with benzoyl peroxide. That helped with my flakiness. Another product that I think is even better is a soap-free bar made with Green Tea. Really softens your skin. Mine was sent free with a purchase from Makeup Artists Choice.
(2) I started doing the parasite cleanse. It made me a little hyper and very "regular". I will do the liver next. I am nervous about it but I have had such good results from the parasite cleanse that I am willing to give it a try. I can't believe the difference in my skin. It hasn't looked this good in years! I still have scars but have never gone this long without a breakout! Hopefully it will continue to improve. Just wanted to share this. Years of medicines never gave me this kind of results.
