I just posted about this on the Liver Flush board. My skin today is better than it's been in a long time.

I've done three liver flushes, although the last two weren't "impressive" in terms of stones.

I'm taking P&B shakes, and as of the last few days, have done the walnut tincture/cloves anti- parasite routine, as well as gone off milk which (alas) I still seem to be quite allergic too.

Not only is my skin unusually clear, the ear infection that was building is going away (I attribute this to avoiding milk). Usually my ear infections turn into horrible affairs including ruptured ear drums -- as in every single yaer -- so I feel very lucky this one's going.

I have a zapper on the way and plan to buy a juicer and upgrade my diet post-haste.
