Wanted to share my success story w/you all- God bless curezone, Dr. Hulda Clark , and Andreas Moritz !
I had asthma, eczema, mild Psoriasis (scalp),regular yeast infections, and severe cystic Acne for 10 years. This past year i have also started to feel tired and yawn all the time. I am 26 now.
I've tried allopathic medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, herbs, zapping, and b5- i think these things helped in reducing my skin problems except western medicine which i think suppressed my symptoms. I finally got fed up of breaking out and decided to detox. Here's what I have experimented with from February 2004 till now and am happy to say all of my skin problems and fatigue are completely gone.
biweekly colonics following Liver Flush for the first couple'o months
Oxypowder or castor oil at night/sometimes a fiber shake
probiotics for the first month or so
celery seed tea, cranberry juice- just good kidney stuff..
biweekly Liver Cleansing 0=50,1=50,2=50,3=20,4=150,5=20,6=100, 7=100 (i've gotten about 600 stones out so far)
daily gold coin grass/malic acid-apple juice/or chanca piedra
vegetarian- try to eat organic
meditate and stretch every morning, oil swish before brushing.
exercise regularly, dry skin brush before shower
vit b, vit c
bentonite/apple cider vinegar mask or a papaya mask couple times a week
needling/microdermabrasion (for scar and mark removal)
so it takes some work- but was well worth it! it took 2 months (of bowel cleansing and 400 stones from liver flushes) before my skin cleared up- i have to admit- i've experienced more benefits than i thought possible. aside from clear skin, i've noticed i'm happier and more energetic.
hope this helps-
wishing you all the best in your detox journeys.
