My story is a little different. I don't really feel ugly or fat until I see a picture of myself. I still have almost the same confidence I had when I was skinny. I have to remind myself that I'm overweight.

I think the most important thing is being happy with yourself the way you are. However I do want to make sure I live as long and healthy life as possible.

I think stress and work is what has caused me to gain my weight. I'm about 50 pds overweight... but I still think I look good... just that I could look better.
