Ok I'm not sure what is going on i've gained back 3 pounds and like I said before the cocunut water and extra has been the only time I've cheated.

What is wrong with me? I never seem to be able to lose more than 10 pounds. I'm at least 50 pds overweight.

It's now the beginning of day 13. I would think anyone eating like I have been eating has to lose weight! I'm getting frustrated.
