Like yourself, I lost my parent too (my Father) on January 11, 2003 of diabetes. Since then, I have gained and lost, gained and lost so much weight that I don't know which side of the closet I am going to go to the next morning. I have been trying to loose weight naturaly by excercising and eating right, the marketed diets and last but not least the famous diet pills that promise to make you loose weight fast. Well none of that has worked for me. I have just lost my mother on September 11, 2004 and have fallen uder a deep Depression stage. I have lost my parents but not the weight.

Upon your return, please advise on the herbs and excercises you did when in China. I whish I had the opportunity to travel, but with all the expenses I have been left broke.
