Hey Mtnndeww, You don't mess around awesome!! I found when I diet I get cravings that are unstoppable. I know I'm sabotaging my efforts, they're so bad though I say f*&k it and have what I'm craving. Some stimulants help but don't want to compromise heart health. Suggestions?
