I lost a pant size within 8 days of doing one flush. I always eat a limited diet at this time -low fat, no sugar, but I did that for a week before the flush wtih no weight loss.

The liver is responsible for metabolizing fat and estrogen. A sluggish, congested liver stops metabolizing them and so you gain weight. Estrogen attracts and binds to fats. That's why birth control pills causes weight gain.
