I've probably lost about 5 pounds from the cleanse. I think it's all in the stones though. Passed about a cup and a fourth so far of them in three cleanses. I had no super dark brown or black stuff pass so I don't think it was fecal matter.
You don't take bran so I don't think you could effectively cleanse the colon with the liver flush.
