Hi, Liza. I have been taking Julia Chang's herbs and following her dietary advice for almost a year (including apple juice fast). I think the Chinese Bitters are helpful for my energy level, and general liver health, but the Liver Flushes were only helpful for a few weeks at a time. From the info I've seen on this site, I now know that I have to take care of parasites first. Unfortunately, her advice did not help me with menstrual pain or infertility. I found out that I have an immune problem that is causing my problem conceiving. I read on another forum (? parasite board) that the Bitters are helpful to take prior to the liver flush.
