Thanks, Healthie. Have you noticed improvement since completing your parasite cleanse? Did you do the cleanse continuously (and for how long) or did you take breaks? (I have read about doing both - no clue as to which is better). My sleep is OK; my food cravings are grains and sweets.

Does your tummy look less bloated? That's the thing that upsets me the most - I look like a stuffed sausage in my jeans and have to wear loose tops to cover it up.
