Very well done for taking the step to stop drinking!

Very many people find that very little comes out on the first flush and get much better results on subsequent flushes, so it would probably pay to keep going. Doing a parasite cleanse is also a must and again, many people find the Liver Flush much more effective when they have done this. All the information you need is on this website.

The milk thistle is an excellent liver tonic and making sure that your diet consists mainly of fresh, raw fruit and veg, will put minimum, strain on your digestion and give your whole system a chance to heal itself.
