Thanks for the information. I was pretty complacent when I first visited the parasite forum, I thought I was pretty clean. Now that I know I'm not, I'm a little freaked out.
My advice on The Master Cleanse is to go for it. Do it one day at a time without setting any unrealistic goals. Count everyday completed as a victory. If you chose not to complete the suggested ten days, do not see it as a defeat or failure. Instead, look back at what you accomplished and remember there are always second chances. Good luck, the Master-Cleanse is hard, but worth it.

BTW-how do you feel about CoQ10 for tapeworms? I was thinking about trying that after the parasite cleanse.
