So my guess is you stirred up parasites. You may feel ill for awhile while they die off.

When i stirred up my parasites just doing a bowel cleanse/colema I was massively sick for six days from the die-off symptoms. So on the one hand it is great that you got them riled up, but now you want to get them out as quicky and expiditiously was possible.

Have you had diarrea? Your fast is a good idea. Starve the buggers - they hate healthy stuff. This will help kill them much faster. Get some raw pumkin seeds while you wait for your parasite formula. Also eat a few raw garlic cloves (organic).
