Better diet (" foods that kill " = no no ), and liver herbs.

Most parasite killing herbs are also liver herbs ... use them.

It is just a right season for burdock, nettle, dandalion, wheatgrass, barleygrass, salads...

Foot massage, shiatsu massge, accupressure, moxibustion ...
