Yes, John, you are the best, the greatest!!! I have learned an enormous lot from your posts and your sense of humor helps too, lol. thank you from the very bottom of my heart. because of your motivating and encouraging posts I have done my first Liver Flush tonight(after one week of bowel/ parasite cleansing, i.e. several feet of the 'rope', no parasites in sight) and I am releasing stones like there is no tomorrow, lol. have a great day, John. hugs, Mila
