The Fscan II has the ability to scan for specific frequencies, frequency ranges, and sweeps through the ranges and different increments or deltas, and can thus detect resonant activity and measure that resonant activity in terms of MV - how active that resonant activity is at the time of the scan from 1 to 99.

The F165 is FAR more powerful in voltage output and programmability in terms of very specific treatments beyond my current study and understanding, which involves octaves and so forth that Dr. Sutherland is working with http://www.frequencyresearch.org It is also what's used in tandem with the ABPA to transmit the frequencies to a target (human being, pet, garden, etc.) and via radionics, scalar waves, etc. reach every cell in the body verses a contact device (zapper, frequency generator, etc.) which only reaches the parts of the body that the voltage level will penetrate (tissues) or circuit created by ELECTRODES or TENS PADS CONTACT POINTS (ie. hands, feet, etc.) reaches (does not reach areas of deep brain, deep inside intestines, bone, deep inside liver, etc.). Of course PLATE ZAPPING is putting a sample of the organ or other tissue or even pathogens into that circuit that you are using with the zapper, or frequency generator device and thus in theory DIRECTING the frequency(s) or ENERGY PULSES more FOCUSED toward that specific TISSUE or eradication of the specific pathogen/ parasite TARGETED via the sample, or what's put on the plate/imprinter.

Clearly the F165 is far more powerful, programmable, and capable in the treatment delivery than the Fscan II, though the F165 CANNOT scan.
