It would really depend on his scope settings wouldn't it? Besides, Dr. Clark says:

"Subsequent testing showed it was not due to some unique design, or special wave form produced by the device. It was due to battery operation! Any positively offset [DC] frequency kills all bacteria, viruses and parasites simultaneously given sufficient voltage (5 to 10 volts), duration (seven minutes), and frequency (anything from 10 Hz to 500'000 Hz)."

ParaZapper is quite certain that higher frequencies are not as effective as the lower ones though. The Zapperplans.com Zapper, I believe operates between 23 and 30 kHz. It is square wave, and while they don't make claims about their Zapper being better then others, they do say it functions as the original Dr. Clark Zapper which indeed did the job! ParaZapper claims his operates better then Dr. Clark's original. Dr. Clark's original Zapper was claimed to kill all bacteria, viruses and parasites simultaneously... etc.

I just don't understand how this shows anything about it's effectivness. It's worked wonders for me and many others, but no Zapper is the cure and it's really not fair for him to claim that people are getting ripped off when they are not. The Zapper he used to demonstrate was his $185 model - Which I wouldn't call a rip off, but I don't think you are getting more results for your money.
