I definately recommend the zapperplans.com zapper. It is the simplest and IMO the best. The parazap guy has a theory that 2500 Hz is better but there's no clear research to support that, it's kind of hard to test without a scientific blind study. At the most it would mean you need to zap more often with the zp version, and I think possibly the zapperplans model is safer.

For iron, molasses is high in that if you can handle it, a spoonful in a cup of hot water is good. Also I've heard raisins are a good source. Killing the parasites can stop some kinds of anemia too because they are draining too much blood.
