it is not the dead critters that cause the problem but the build up of acid morbid matter in the tissues that the critters feed on. by critters, i mean any parasite or pathogen. they really are our helpers in that they eat this nasty accumulation that we keep adding to by wrong eating.

stop mixing proteins and carbs!
