i agree totally with hopsino's post. in addition

tincture. i have chosen the 8 week treatment plan. no side e symptoms/taking 10 drops/3 times a day..which i built up to.
it tastes kind like cloves tea (because it has cloves in it )
definitely put the cayenne in capsules it make sit soo much easier.
i am sensitive/that stuff burns my lips like heck. but you need it inside to help dissolve the crud.
also i just use senna leaves for teh lax... am and pm.
i am semihandicapped and can't RUN to b room. i stillhave teh butt pee, but at least i make it to b room in time if shuffle fast enough, and don't wait til last moment to head that way.

no juicing with the cleanse. i would not suggest it/ the idea is to cleanse, no tto digest.
definately i myssself will goto a juicing reboost after my cleanse, i am looking for waard to it, and spent a great deal o fmy time writing out my recipe plan. (this ishow i spen dmy fast ...planning food for after.

i am doing the parasite and lemonaide master cleanse at same time
was planning to do a b and p scrub every 5th day, but i started a eeeriod and i think ihav emy hands full with stuff coming out every where !!
after i finish The Master Cleanse i will do the liver flush/
at which tiem i will nag hopsino endlessly for advice
btw The Master Cleanse is also a kidney flush.
i myself am completely non dairy so i too nix the cottage cheese thing altho i do not know how it has worked for others
