THANK YOU! This has all been very helpful. I know that I need to start with the colon cleanse. I have just started RenewLife program with CleanseSmart 1(Organ Detox Formula)and CleanseSmart 2 (Colon Cleanse Formula). I have been reading on this site that some people drink shakes made with Bentonite and psyilium (B&P shakes). Do I need to take this WITH the RenewLife program. I've also read that Garlic Extract, Kyo-Dophilus, flaxseed and flax oil, and Parazyme are good things to take. Again, I don't know if I need to be taking these things in addition to the cleanse program. I have also purchased the Paragone by RenewLife and I don't know when to start taking it...now, along with, or should I wait a while. If I should wait, how long do I wait? Realizing that we are all different, I'd like to know what a typical "routine" is...what product, how much, when, how long, etc. There have been so many mentioned that I'm at a loss and I don't want to over-do it. I don't know if I can do the colon cleanse, the parasite cleanse, the liver, kidney cleanse's, etc. together or do I do them one at a time?

I will read all I can on this site as time permits, but was wanting to get started in the meantime. I will also review the site you gave me. Thank you so very much for the time you took to answer my question so thoroughly. It has been very helpful and I certainly appreciate it!
