I know what you mean about all the reading and information that's out there!! It can be very overwhelming. I sort of do what you do, I just put the link to the page in my favorites to come back to later. You should see my favorites!! It isn't even funny. I need to go through and organize and see why I put some things in there. I forget half the time. There is just so much I want to learn and do that I don't know where to start sometimes. I want to start sprouting and try out the raw food lifestyle. I guess I'm on a good start. I've done bowel, parasite and liver/gallbladder cleansing so far. I usually juice everyday. I do hot/cold showers and recently started skin brushing. I would like to get a mini trampoline as well. One day at a time I suppose. So what veggies have you tried so far? Thankfully I like vegetables so drinking the juice isn't so bad for me. But I'll admit some doesn't taste so good. I drink it because I know how good it is for me. My daily juice is usually a combination of any of the following: carrot, celery, green pepper, ginger, garlic, apple, and today I tried a little wedge of onion. The first time I juiced ginger I put WAY too much in, it was hard to drink down. Garlic is very stong too. One good size clove is pretty powerful. My juicer doesn't juice leafy stuff too well. It kind of just flies out the other end. I learned that with parsley. I try to get organic but where I live there isn't a lot. I can usually always get organic carrots and apples. It will be nice when we move to an area with a nice big health food store. There will always be conflicting info on things it seems....as with eggs. I read that the cholesterol in eggs may seem like a lot but our bodies only absorb 10% of that. Don't know if it's accurate but that's what I've read. I guess you just need to go with your gut feeling. You are your own best doctor. Some people say psyllium is the mucoid plaque people get with bowel cleansing. I don't think so...but that is me. See I'm easy to get along with also! :-) So what's the deal with your gallstones? Did they see them on ultrasound? Sorry if you've mentioned it already. I'm sure you've read up at the liver/gallbladder flush forum. I've done 2 flushes so far but didn't complete either of them....I didn't take the last 2 doses of Epsom Salts . I am hoping to do the 3rd right.
