Ok, its been about a month since I started taking E3live. It certainly is a quality product. I am hooked.

I started with one teaspoon per day and now take 1 tablespoon in a bit of distilled water first thing in the a.m, followed by my brain formula.

The first thing I noticed is it has helped my immune system. I've been around several people who were VERY sick and I haven't had a cold since February of last year. That alone has been remarkable. In addition, it certainly is a great blood Sugar regulator. I can easily fast overnight into the afternoon with only the E3live without any shakiness or hunger.

Energy level is through the roof. And its not a 'false' caffeine type energy. It is boundless energy to read, run, move - whatever.
