Hi Mary Ann,
Wow, are you sure about the 3 or 4 days? I've been using the pads for 2 weeks and still have dark brown, sticky, wet, smelly pads. Does that mean that I am more toxic than most? LOL OR, does that mean the pads will never get lighter in color? no matter how long they are used?

Also, my sinuses drain something awful when I use the pad on the ball of the foot as opposed to the instep. Using a foot massage chart, the sinus, lungs, and throat are attributed to the ball of the foot.

I would love to hear your reply to my questions. Omie
