I would think as all these products are made in Japan, that most of them are made in the same place. After all, unless I've missed something, I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere that any of these companies are the manufacturers themselves. I would imagine that much like other products imported into the states, there are one or two production sites and many distributors. From there it's all about wholesale and retail prices to consumers.

I could of course be very wrong...(pout)
