Hi everyone! I have vitiligo for more than 10 years now. It is already 25-30% of all my body. Right now i am on diet, I am eating fruits and vegies. Taking B&P shakes 3 times per day about 4 weeks, I am going to have parasite cleansing too. Also i am taking New Chapter's vitamines.What should i do more? What kind of food i should eat and avoid? How about blood tipe diet? It says I shoud avoid cayenne pepper...I need help! Any suggestion would help. Thank you.Elenah
