Finally had a colonic this afternoon and feel a ton lighter. The practitioner confirmed that she definitely recognized bile and things from the liver. So the flush had worked. But there was an obstruction...
I had not eaten any oatmeal or potatoe or cereal on the day of the flush, as I had done previously. Hulda Clark mentions to have these, I just did not understand the significance,thinking that just fruit and veggies would be even better...I wonder now if this was the problem.
