You mean your prize was a fluke worm?If so you should do a parasite cleanse.If you do yoga you should do the breathing excersise where you bend at the waist and breath out,then you suck in your stomach and hold for as long as you can.Its like you try to bring your belly button up to your chest.Sorry cant remember name and i lent out my book.Anyway i always do this pose when im having stomach or digestive problems.It might help move stones around.I also have heard of jumping around to help get them to move into place.
