I use that same enema method - it's fantastic. I've never tried either epsoms or vinegar yet, I'm a garlic or coffee girl so far. Has anyone ever done an enema with the parastite cleanse ingredients in it? I wonder how effective that would be. I would dearly love to try alisaun's wheatgrass enema but I'm allergic to it, drats.
