All of those things you described could be parasites. I highly suggest you start a cleanse like paragone (I thought it was a little pricey but conventient). I would do a week then do a liver cleanse and continue the paragone treatment for the full 35 days total. I didn't think I needed to do a parasite treatment until I was in the middle of a liver cleanse and found a translucent looking worm embedded in my liver stone. It was so gross to think I did'nt even know it was there. I started the paragone the very next day and within 3 days was passing tons of those translucent looking worms that were about 4-6 inches long and looked to me like rice vermicelli. I also started at that time some of the P&B shakes to keep things moving out of my body. I experienced some die off symptoms but not too bad. I also decided to quit diet coke at that time and was in withdrawal for that, but I figured I would feel like crap anyway and haven't looked back. Good luck. Get started. I feel so much better. Is it my liver working better? Is it I am getting rid of parasites? Who knows.
