I just started the parasite cleanse too but I have found a lot of contradicting information. I was following the diet on the Paragone website which states no sugar, no fruit among many other foods. I just looked at the link posted in one of the replys sent to you and it says to eat a lot of fruit and fiber. The link also said no rice and the Paragone website encouraged brown rice. I am very confused and I want to do this right. Does anyone know which diet should go with Paragone?
