On day 3 of Master-Cleanse and am just collecting info for Para Cleanse when Master-Cleanse is done.
I will be doing Master-Cleanse for 12 to 15 days,
then a BOWEL / parasite cleanse.

Planning to do B&P Shakes, Paragone, Garlic, CO Q10, Oil of Oregano, Pumpkin seeds. But still collecting info and the plan can change.

ALL COMMENTS AND OPINIONS WELCOME
QUESTIONS
1- Any advice on B&P shakes, preparing, things that work well etc.. ?
2- ParaGone info, (its the only one that I can find at the health food store.
3- Garlic - Seems to be a big debate at the local health food store about aged garlic capsules or fresh capsules. Any comments on garlic.
4- Read that when doing parasite cleanse that we should use ORNITHINE & ARGININE ? What is it for ? Comments please.
5- What is the best way to replace good bacteria, or whatever else it is that we should replace.
6- parasite Cleanseing Protocol, Tricks, Ideas Ect..Ect..
