The problem for me is that I eat brown rice pretty often, and occasionally the bad white rice, too. Now, I can usually see the rice when it comes out, bits of it that is. I would not be sure how to differentiate "rice" from the parasite rice. I can see corn as well. I can also see the black tiny seeds from dragonfruit, and the white pod seeds from okra. I use dragonfruit and okra to track my "transit time." It will normally be 24 hours but sometimes I get it down to 12 hours or so.

I am doing my 2nd parasite cleanse now. I've got to say that it's not that I "KNOW" that I have parasites, but I figure I probably do... better safe than sorry! Besides, I want to do a Liver Flush and no way I'm doing those without killing parasites first.
