I can help you with the yeast infection part of your daughter's problem first hand, but the parasite infestation will have to come from one of the experts here on the board.
My oldest daughter has been treated with Antibiotics since she was an infant, she seemed to have a knack at coming down with tonsilitis. Then after she turned one she started coming down with urinary tract infections. And she always had a predisposition to having yeast rashes. I used prescription creams to treat her as an infant and have used over the counter anti-fungals when needed now. But for natural treatments I have found prevention to be the best. I give her acidophilus on a daily basis (at least try to remember daily). My youngest loved the chewable acidophilus so much that she and her brother finished off a bottle that was probably about 1/3 full. At the time she was having some very strange dirty diapers, well the next morning she put out a pond in her diaper and after that she was completely back to normal. I feel the acidophilus must have cleared out an imbalance of some sort in her intestines.
You can't overdose on acidophilus so I would start slow and load your daughter up on acidophilus especially since she has recently been on Antibiotics .
As far as doing a yeast cleanse on your daughter, all you have to do is have her eat a diet free of carbohydrates this includes but is not limited to soda/pop of any kind even diet, no white flour, sugar, baked goods, breads, legume (beans such as kidney, navy, lima, peas) no corn or starchy vegetables, no junk food of any kind, and some go as far as to stay away from all dairy except plain yogurt (no sweetening and preferably organic because it is food for acidophilus). What she can eat is all vegetables that are not starchy, and meat, no aged cheese because it will most likely have mold in it (you can run a search and find an anti-candida diet here on curezone I'm sure or anywhere on the net). While doing this diet you will want to give her an anti-fungal such as olive leaf extract (a good brand is seagate, you can find them online at www.seagate.com, no I don't work for them, I use it and love it), grape seed extract, pao d'arco, caprylic acid, oregano oil, raw apple cider vinegar (1 tsp in a glass of water will work) and many others you can search for. Don't give them all to her at one time but rather rotate them every couple of weeks. I mix olive leaf with a couple drops of oregano oil in some raw honey for my kids and they eat it right up. The combination really knocks their cold symptoms down and they are much more comfortable and the colds seem to go away quicker, so I know these ingredients do something for my kid's bodies.
Hope I have given you some information you can use :o).
Oh and if at all possible, keep your daughter off of Antibiotics , they are mycotoxins which are fungal poisons. Think about the name for a second: anti (against) biotics (life) they are indiscriminate killers they kill the good and bad bacteria in our bodies and then leave us vunerable for the over growth of yeast that we see as yeast infections and even as systemic yeast infections. One only needs to look at the last 50 years after antibiotics were developed and marketed to see an epidemic in childhood (and adult) diseases and disturbances such as add, adhd, hyperactivity, lupus, ms, arthritis, fibromyalgia and the list goes on and on. I believe that all of these diseases start with a yeast infection in the colon gone wild throughout the body. When people go on the candida free diet they see relief from the symptoms of most of these diseases. I've read accounts and have talked to people who have had relief from the diet as well.
It's late and I am really am quite gabby right now. Sorry about that.
Best wishes for your daughter.
