So Guess you are saying that cocoa power and chocolate are the same thing? Even though chocolate is full of Sugar and cocoa is just the bean ground up?
I have tried enemas, but not colonics as of yet. I need to find a Dr. that will give me a colonics...I guess I'll ask my family Dr. about it this weekend when I am home. Have you had one done before? I need to look up more info on what they really are.

So I really want pumpkin pie this weekend... what re your thoughts about making pie crust out of Quinoa flour and making pumpkin pie filling with an egg, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger? DO you think that is acceptable? Can we have vegetable shortening? I really wish I could sit down with Donna for 1hour and ask questions...that would really help me.
