It sounds like your liver might be a little overworked... have you thought of doing a liver flush...... It is really helpful, and if you switch the grapefruitjuice with lemon juice it shouldnt bother you too much......

It could also just be die off from the diet... either way flushing the liver and geting some colonics might help.....

and I know this might sound strange.. but if you can have an orgasm. It is really good for catalyzing healing and boosting energy.....
