I am not saying that the diet does not work. I think the diet is great actually!

I was only posting saying that I was struggling a bit and not feeling well. I certainly was not slagging the diet! Perhaps, I am doing totally what the book says as I eat goats milk yogurt but that is not to say that the diet is not working. In fact, I think that although I am struggling, some symptoms have gone and I have evidence from a colonic that things are better in my intestins, so I must be doing something right.

Still, I take all comments on board. Are you on the diet and how are you doing with your candida problem?
