We all wait that the next doctor will come and he will be better than others. I strongly believe that we should rely on ourselves, we are responsible for our health. If we are afraid of taking this responsibility, then how can we expect any improvements? Conventional medicine doesn't see the body-mind connection, their suggestions just bring disarray into the normal functioning of the body and mind. Start with eliminating your anxiety, the Bach Flower remedies can be helpful. There is a good affirmation: I release all my fears, problems...First you have to deprogram yourself, only then to introduce a new program for health.
